• All new massage therapy clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment time to complete necessary paperwork and allow time for consultation.

• Regular Massage Therapy clients should arrive 5-10 minutes before their scheduled time that their massage can begin on time.

• 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations or the client will be responsible for 50% of the service fee or 1/2 of the gift certificate time will be voided. Clients who no show/no call will be responsible for 100% of the service fee or the entire gift certificate will be voided. Please understand that our therapists have declined other paying clients in order to reserve your appointment time just for you and they do not get paid if they do not work.

• Massage Therapy Clients that are late will have their session time shortened by the amount of time they are late.

• A $40 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

• Please leave valuables, children, and pets at home.
